I made ham and cheese biscuits for breakfast the other day :D Ingredients: 1. Pre-portioned biscuit dough (I used Pillsbury) 2. Sliced ham 3. American cheese 4. Melted butter Preheat your oven to the temp specified for your dough. Flatten the dough circles out about as large as your hand (or just your palm if you have large hands ;P). Paint some butter on the center with a spoon. Fold your ham in half twice so it fits nicely in the center of the dough. Tear your cheese in half and fold it once so it fits as well. Place both in the center of your dough and pinch the edges together similar to how you would seal a dumpling. Place on a foiled baking tray with room for them to grow and paint with more butter. Bake until golden and delicious!! This was a really quick recipe both prepping and baking! I have difficulties with certain textures, but this gave me no problems and was actually a really great texture :D. I ate four of them! 💙
