







My favorite (healthy-ish but yummy) easy breakfast😋
I have it at least 3 times a week so I had to demonstrate it
the other
(easy to do in any modified way!)
1 or 2 slices of toast (I use my gluten free wholegrain chia)
lightly buttered with a light layer of mayo
1-2 eggs whisked with sea salt, 1/4 tsp pepper and (the secret ingredient 🤫)1/4 tsp onion powder.
1-2 slices of smoked gouda cheese ( non dairy ie daiya, or regular dairy monterey jack or even white cheddar could substitute, or anything smoked - my nondairy smoked gouda is my favorite!
1-2 slices black forest ham (optional, usually I do without but that weekend morning called for an extra treat)
Scramble eggs in your favorite butter
top onto the buttered/mayo toast
add your ham if using that, and lastly your cheese slice (one on each toast)
heat in microwave, toaster oven, or even on broil for 1-4 minutes (depending on device used) until melted. Enjoy.
