








A gourmet lamb dinner I made for my ex hubby as a Sunday treat (plus booty shots in my cute n comfy short shorts - you naughty boy!) Tips welcome 💰😊 *ps! I edited it to add the two scolding pictures He took of me after he came up behind me and took the booty shot *while I was trying to cook!* because they are funny 😜
Gourmet lamb sauce (to use for potatoes and veggie mix too!)
2 cups of water in a saucepan
1/2 cup white wine or white cooking de-alcoholized wine
1 tbsp of sea salt (or more to your taste/level liking!) 1 tsp coconut sugar, brown sugar or agave syrup
1 tsp canned pasta sauce pr tomato paste with a pinch of oregano
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dill
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 pinch of rosemary (optional)
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp garlic paste, grated garlic cloves or garlic powder
1 tbsp butter or nondairy butter melted into the sauce
1-2 small pieces of red pepper
Instructions: Simmer lamb shoulder chops in this combined sauce for 20 minutes on medium high (bring to a boil for 2 mins first, reduce to 6 or so for the rest of the time)
After lamb is done, use sauce for your steamed side potatoes and any veggie mix you'd like (I recommend cauliflower, broccoli, carrot from frozen or cut seperately, and add chopped zucchini if desired but not until 10 mins into cook time!)
