- The patient before me is in overall good physical health but has experienced some irregularities of her heart rhythm, elevated heart rate and bl00d pressure, and inappropriate sexual reactions. I began my examination with a simple auscultation of her lungs and heart, then took 3 bl00d pressure readings.
- For the first reading, the patient was supposedly "resting" but demonstrated signs of sexual arousal, likely biasing the readings. For future testing: Consider bringing her to orgasm beforehand to minimize bias.
- For the second reading, I required her to put her heart under intense strain with a long Valsalva maneuver (or "push"), but I inadvertently pushed her too hard. This patient did not go into cardiac arrest, but her heart threw several irregular beats and the monitoring equipment failed to record a result. No matter, she survived it and I reran the strain reading.
- Finally, I gave her a bit of time to recover and took one more reading, finding that her heart rate and BP were still dangerously elevated. Her body demonstrates poor recovery and continuing signs of inappropriate arousal to cardiac stimuli. If this continues, I may need to take more drastic measures to subdue her heart.
