I already said this a lot, and I’ll probably say it 100x more: It’s been profound how uplifting it is to just walk again, take in some sun, lift weights, talk, etc. at whatever pace, whatever goal. If you’re ever stuck or in a state of despair, these things are lifesavers. 😌
