





Every day I work hard and sweat it out. People often ask what my routine is, it's pretty simple currently. I run 5k M/W/F and I do spinning T/Th. Weekends are rest days that I usually try to get lots of walking, swimming, or hiking in depending on the weather. It's too hot for outdoorsy stuff currently so I settle for lots of (treadmill) walks for now. I alternate Arms/Back/Chest, Core, and Legs.
