Seasonal depression is real for me. When it's cold outside and I can't get my vitamin D from the sun, my mood is noticeably darker. I find it harder to get out of bed and hard to motivate myself to do anything. My back being in pain compounded this and made it so I couldn't physically get out of bed either, but now that that's fixed, I feel like a thousand bucks! 🎉
