As many of you know my grandfather passed around a month ago & it was really hard on me. my doctor had adjusted my anxiety/depression meds to help me get back to myself but I feel as if the new one is making me feel more down than usual. any thoughts, prayers, etc love & tips would mean the world to me xoxo ??
