I haven't been allowed to drink for 18 hours now. I'm also so dehydrated they couldn't tap a vein to get an IV in. 18 hours without fluids is hardly an issue for a masochist like me though. Hell, I no longer have the burden of having to urinate. 😅 Update: surgery went well, pain is now at a tolerable level. Will get to go home soon.
