Whenever someone speaks in a way that's disrespectful (which is so wonderfully rare!), it's been my habit to mention it to them, and give them the chance to explain themselves and/or adjust their approach. But if someone is bent on being disrespectful, I'd rather remove them from following, than have their money. Thank you to everyone who's kept this a safe space for appreciation of the human form, in a way that is not divorced from the heart, soul and mind of the people I photograph.
