I recently began the coursework to become a certified personal trainer. I intend to specialize in injury prevention and corrective exercise. With that being said, that’s ANOTHER thing added to my massive plate of things to do. So, I will be making full length videos less frequently. I really enjoy the casualness of my page and I hope y’all do too.
