I straight up stopped because it wasn't an adjustment period — it was two weeks straight of depression I shouldn't have been going through. I'm having a good day today, so I think things will go back to normal. I can handle just sticking with a week a month of pmdd (bad depression before "shark week"). Thank you for being patient with me while I've been going through this this month ♡
