The best Cab's are coming from California, Bordeaux, and the Maipo Valley in Chile. It is not uncommon for extremely high-end Cabs or Cab blends to come out of these regions, often with hefty price tags and the ability to go the distance in your cellar. These wines are full bodied and pair quite well with grilled meats and rich sauces. The primary tasting notes are black cherry, currants, baking spices, cedar, dark chocolate and peppercorn. TASTY!
