As promised I will be uploading more of my workouts for you guys. I usually speed up the video for Instagram but I will be posting the full length workouts here for you guys to really take you through a workout with me. When beginning your fitness journey the most important part is to really master your form before you try lifting heavy. Once you have your form down begin by picking a weight that’s challenging for you but something you can do for 15-20 reps to really help build mass. Then repeat for 3-4 sets. 💪🏼
