I have been having a hard time finding motivation to get myself to the gym lately so I’ve been doing these simple & effective movements to train my core. These are perfect to do anywhere, anytime, no gym or equipment needed. Pose 1, you sit comfortably with a straight spine with flat feet on the ground while holding your hands straight up. Pose 2, you are going to start off with pose 1 and march in place. Pose 3, begin with pose 1 and with a straight spine and hands, lower your belly button down to your knees. Do each pose for 60 seconds 3 times. Anyone who tries it and send me a clip/picture will receive a special something from me in their DM. Let’s get summer ready together! ☺️☀️
