Added 2022-02-13 23:27:33 +0000 UTCHell yes new workout PR! 4 sets x 8 exercises with 1 min rest in between, finished in 28:43…the 8 exercises were 1:30 Plank 20 mountain climbers 20 push-ups 1:00 Run in place 10 reverse sit-ups 20 squat jumps 30 sit-ups 10 push-up burpees Compared with running, or even swimming or cycling, I can’t say I really enjoy body resistance…but hey, the results speak for themselves. My sweat and aches and pains go into this shit for you all. New workout tutorial video with this workout will drop very soon! 💪
