We will be paying around $700 more a month than we are now, but we will have a bigger and nicer place to live in and an extra bedroom that I can setup and use for streaming, gaming, making content, photo shoots etc. So things may be super tight for a while but it will be worth it in the end, we really deserve something nice for a change! We've been living in tiny crappy houses for a very long time now and we've been in our current house for about 8 years now! And by we I mean me, my mom and her husband, as there's no way any of us can afford to live on our own in this economy and with what we make currently. I don't mind living with family tho, I have most of my life anyways, I just need more privacy and with 3 bedrooms instead of 2 I will get exactly what I need and I can do more things, make more content and thus make more money for us to more easily afford a more expensive 3 bedroom house! Also to compare most 2 bedroom houses are going for around the same price or at most $200 cheaper than 3 bedroom houses in my area, so it just makes sense to pay a lil more for more space and a nicer house ya know, and like I said I really do believe we deserve something nice for a change! Our landlord never fixed a thing the whole time we lived here, but we painted inside and outside, got new appliances, replaced the toilet and sooo much more and never once got compensated for any of it, plus our AC cant keep up during the summer making it get up to 82 degrees inside and making our electric bill more than double for about half the year, another thing that was never fixed even by the previous landlords and owners! Anyways we have to be out by the end of the month so we are hoping to find a place within the next few days and start the moving process, we already started packing and cleaning and have gotten quite a bit done so far! So we are ready to get away from this house and never have another interaction with our current landlord again!
