I believe it’s so important to set goals for yourself and hold yourself accountable to reach them! These goals can be as simple as “2 full push ups” or walking for 15 min a day... set yourself up for SUCCESS! Don’t set goals that are unrealistic and unattainable! Set small goals at first and celebrate your accomplishments! ?️♀️?
