Take the quiz and read onβ¦ Many people fantasize about having sex with more than one person. A survey in 2018 asked 4,175 people, ages 18 - 87 and found that 97% of men and 87% of women (no word on non-binary people) had fantasized about sex with more than one personβ¦ but how many have actually done it? A 2017 study that included 2,021 people had 10% of women and 18% of men have had a 3some (no word on non-binary people.) Those numbers are A LOT lower than I thought! It can be thrilling to invite someone else into the bedroom but it can be intimidating too. So how do we do it? First youβve gotta figure out why you want one and make sure it works in your relationship which means communicating about this idea. Once you are both on board itβs time to find your 3rd! Best to look outside of your circle of friends to avoid any feelings or conflict. You could try finding someone on a dating app, social media or try your local bar. Once you find someone interested itβs best to set some ground rules. Say your likes or dislikes. Maybe you donβt kiss on the mouth or maybe one person can only go down on the other. Itβs best to get that out of the way before intercourse. Once youβre ready to have sex then put some music on, maybe have a few drinks to loosen any nerves and if you donβt do alcohol tea might help too. Once you start having sex make sure no one is left out. Watch where your bodies are going to try and avoid an elbow to an eye or foot in someoneβs face. Be creative with your positions. Donβt be afraid to kiss someone on their lips or chest if they are getting head or tend to other body parts if certain ones are busy by the other partner. Massage, lick, kiss, everywhere π
