Added 2021-08-24 18:45:01 +0000 UTCOk, to make up for 2 missed Musical Monday’s, here’s a long one 🥰 I’ve always fantasized about singing in a jazz/cabaret club, with the old fashioned mic and a long, glamorous gown...maybe someday I’ll be able to. Forgive the a cappella choice, but I couldn’t find an instrumental of this version (I have the sheet music but no piano and I’m also not the best pianist 🙃) This is Love for Sale, specifically the version from the movie De Lovely (the last image in the slide is actually a still from the scene where Vivian Green sings this). Was always drawn to the song and maybe it’s because it was prophetic 😜😈
