I had an injury during this video and hadn’t trained at all in 2 - 3 months at the time this was filmed (would be another couple more before I could again). I wasn’t eating like a bodybuilder, I wasn’t taking my supplements like a bodybuilder, and I still looked like this, which looking back at I think is pretty amazing 💪😘
