I’ll keep this up as well as Instagram but other things are getting deleted. It’s become such a negative thing. It’s starting to affect me mentally if I’ll be honest. Seeing people at each others throats all the time has become mentally taxing. Remember to take breaks from your phone. I know it’s easy to keep scrolling, but you got this :)
