I’m a small person with big feelings and allowing myself to feel those sometimes is totally okay. I don’t have to be okay all the time. Anxiety, depression, and ptsd are a part of me but they don’t define me. Sorry for the sensitive post but sometimes people need to hear that letting yourself be in your head sometimes is totally okay. Just don’t let it consume you.
