What I love about Alaska cannot be narrowed down to one word. The mountains and wildlife are largely untouched, unadultered by processed luxuries. The land is not free of burdens or danger, but it teaches and requires the use of our instincts, it supports adaptation, and proves that life is morphed by situations, scenarios, and seasons beyond our control. It allows us to experience extremes of polarized weather and rewards innately acquired intelligence. Alaska does not judge by appearance or intent. It unforgivingly reminds that our actions drive the direction and prosperity of life. Alaska can strip us of the stress we assign ourselves in the superficial competitions self-created in our career driven life. The Alaskan landscape takes us home to our roots, where the wildest things thrive.
โTo the lover of wilderness, Alaska is one of the most wonderful countries in the world.โ โ John Muir
