I've been talking so much about exploring my independence recently and well, I think the universe heard me because when I went to check in for my flight back to the States I was met with a big red cross ❌️
I was told that because I didn't hold proof that I would be leaving the states before my visa expired, they couldn't let me on the plane!
After a bit of quick thinking (and alot of stressing) I booked a ticket out of the States back to Sydney (I have no intention of using it) and $1000 later I got let onto my flight.
Talk about a fucking whirlwind 🫠
