Added 2024-12-08 22:20:55 +0000 UTCDecember 8th 2024. The sun is blinding me here. Thanksgiving was fun, but ultimately not good for me. Too much drink coupled with food, glorious food. Here I am wanting to shed pounds and I'm surrounded by temptation EVERYWHERE. "Get togethers" with people from out of town have me falling behind. Though I'm still lifting and doing cardio, the weight is slow at coming off. Now with the holiday season upon us it's an even bigger struggle. FOCUS and CONSISTENCY. I'm 240 wanting to be 210 or even better 190.
