Yes she pumps and revs but she's patient and she knows not to overdo it. Listen to her talk about how she's the only one who can start it. You have to wonder if one of her hot friends has accidentally flooded before. In fact I'm betting that the reason she knows not to pump it too much is because she probably learned the hard way by flooding it herself.
