I spoke on behalf of Women Against Abuse and how sincerely touched we are. Its difficult to convey just how impactful their efforts, generosity and support have been throughout the years. I thanked them for being such a strong and powerful allies in bringing hope and safety to those impacted by domestic violence. The more I share my story of survival while simultaneously facilitating fundraising efforts for the same organization that saved my life.. well.. I think my smile says it all. Life is beautiful
