

No more running for me ( impact issues) so I’m learning to really hate the fucking bike. I hate it because I literally don’t know how to simply coast. I don’t know how to not push and be extra. I hate that I always have to beat my time before and the time before that. Fucking stupid. 😂 Anyway I hope this inspires someone to do something that they hate as well. In all seriousness this isn’t an awesome time (in my head) BUT it’s more about doing something you hate in order to get the results you crave. WhenI hate to do something (like cardio.. any form of it), that’s when I do it the most and push the hardest even when I don’t have to. It becomes me against me always.
