

Salmon Bowl recipe: made in Ninja Foodi grill ** keep in mind I don’t measure anything. I just season and add things to my liking** Ingredients:::: Fresh salmon Jasmine rice (microwaveable bags from Trader Joe’s) Mini carrots Mini cucumbers Tiny avocado White wine vinegar Sriracha sauce Mayonnaise Garlic powder Everything bagel seasoning Fresh lemon Teriyaki sauce Soy sauce (light sodium) ____________________ Preheat grill (500 degrees) 1. Microwave rice (set aside) 2. In separate bowl, mix teriyaki and soy 3. In separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, garlic powder and lemon. Mix well ( this will be your spicy mayo sauce) 4. Season salmon with everything seasoning and place on the grill (cook to your liking. I like mine medium to medium well) About midway through grilling I add fresh lemon juice 5. When finished remove from grill then add more lemon juice. 6. Shred carrots and cucumbers. Set aside 7. Start building your bowl! 8. Add rice to bowl then add a few drops of White wine vinegar. 9. Toss salmon in teriyaki mixture. Plate your salmon 10. Slice and place avocado 11. Add carrots and cucumbers 12. Drizzle spicy mayo Admire how pretty it is, mix it all together and ENJOY!
