Nutrition is literally everything ππΌ Sometimes when you set a goal for yourself and for your health & wellness you can find yourself hitting a plateau. A lot of times this can be overcome by changing what and how much you eat! For example, if youβre trying to loose weight maybe youβre eating the wrong foods, or maybe the right foods but the wrong portion sizes. Maybe youβre trying to gain more muscle and youβre doing the right things, lifting heavier, etc. In this case I would suggest eating more! You know what they say, abs are made in the kitchen!
