* 4 tablespoons maple syrup
* 2 tablespoons cornstarch (to thicken the juices)
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice

For the Crumble Topping:
* 1 cup almond flour (also called almond meal)
* ¾ cup gluten-free rolled oats
* 1 cup roughly-chopped pecans
* ¼ cup brown sugar (white sugar or coconut sugar works too)
* ½ teaspoon kosher salt
* 4 tablespoons coconut oil (or butter)

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
2. Add the berries, maple syrup, cornstarch, and 🍋 juice to a 13x9 inch baking dish and mix well.
3. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, oats, nuts, sugar, and salt until combined.
4. Add the coconut oil and use your hands to toss and squeeze the mixture until it has a crumbly consistency.
5. Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the fruit and bake, uncovered, for 40-50 minutes or until the berry juices are bubbling and the topping is golden brown.
