Well today was not a fun day. Spend most of it nursing a crappy #headache and almost didn’t make my walk. Took a long time for it to settle down enough to head out. Thankfully my friend Marc came along and kept me motivated during the #nightwalk (first time it got dark during the walk). But, made it out and after a couple of Motrin and some fresh air I’m feeling fit as a fiddle (only feeling not looking lol).
