

On rest days I stretch! Taking a few minutes each day to stretch is beyond beneficial for the body. It’s especially important to stretch on rest days because this allows for a quicker recovery. Rest days are a critical part of progress and are important if you live an active lifestyle with constant vigorous aerobic activity. Without rest days, you can easily be overtrained and burnout.
