Added 2023-05-02 13:41:02 +0000 UTCi was so disappointed by this. when i saw it at the store i was SO STOKED. like tao te ching graphic novel style ??? two of my favorite things combined ? it really let me down. the translations they used for the passages suck ass and completely change the original meaning. yes, “the tao that can be spoken is not the true tao” but i’m so sick of hearing people say that to justify shitty “interpretations.” either im dumb or some of the pictures they put make no sense. like i like sex as much as the next guy but how is semen relevant to this passage ? why am i looking at sperm? pls stop. 0/10
