

Halo all, well super #pumped after tonight #workout. It was #legday/#shouldersday and made good use of it. I did not arch the knee so I swapped weight to aim for more reps in the routine. I got a higher active minute count probably due to how excited I was for my trip tomorrow. Next fitness check in will be a walk and I’m really looking forward to it.
