

Halo all, well that’s another #workout done. I learned two things about tonight‘s workout. The first being that I’m now 4lbs away from being 50lbs down. The second being that when I did the #gym check in tonight. It was the 1200th time I checked into a gym. As for the workout itself, it felt so great to use the #benchpress again I only kept weight to the 100lb mark but still made it through 7 sets. And what a burn I had by the end.
