I mean this was easily my best workout of the week doing #legday #shouldersday. But, I’d be lying if I said I felt amazing after. Don’t get me wrong I feel better than when I went in. But I’m still having trouble shaking a bad feeling the last day or so. I worked on the #physical aspect of my problems. Going to head home and work on the #mental and #spiritual with some work on my #novel and some #meditation.
