







Halo all, well that was the first of my max #challengeweek and have to say I have mixed feelings. Was hoping for a little higher on some of these, but also felt a little underwhelmed with myself. I think I set the 3-5 reps too low as it left me feeling like I wasn’t trying. Even my active minutes by the end made me feel that. But still happy the #chestday and #tricepsday workout was complete. I included a picture of the weights for each exercise tonight and will do the same for rest of the week.
