

Halo all, well that’s first #workout of the week done. Made my first go of new more focused #circuitworkout for my training towards my next #225. Have to say felt good to try this. Went from seven sets to twelvee . After that I need to give my arms a rest. So stuck to #sledmill the rest of the workout and I’m feeling very accomplished with tonight’s work.
