The routine tonight was nothing short of killer, double digit sets and most of them double digit reps. Not going to lie got harder as it went on but man did it show that I worked hard by the end. Tomorrow is the start of #november and I’m going to be making special posts leading up to my 40th #birthday. Meantime I need rest before I’m back here tomorrow night.
