

Halo all, well night 2 is complete. That would be the #backday and #bicepsday routine and as far as the #workout goes. Wasn’t as great a burn as last night but the point is I made it in tonight to work. The assisted pull-ups went okay, I need max weight assistance but the shoulder pain wasn’t a hinderance so that’s a plus. As for the rest of it, I made over double digits in sets and am now thinking about the next workout with Cardio day and how to make that one more energetic.
