Halo all, well that’s it…last #workout of age 39. Come Sunday i crossover into the next decade the big 40. Looking through Instagram, people at my gym, and those I know #irl. I can say that 40 and beyond can be great fitness years. There’s a lot of potential to unlock in my years ahead and I’m eager to face the challenges before me. With that my last workout was the #legday and #shouldersday routine and I think I put a damn good effort into this.
