Halo all, well today was my special #workout. No specific type of workout day just my yearly tradition of my #birthday workout. Kinda the test the year older me and see what I can do a year older. Did a random exercises for each muscle group I could think of and have to say felt great after. Now tomorrow we go back to the usual routine, though I might start with swapping days now. I think cardio day will be on Monday nights now, get it over with and done for the week.
