Only thing I can say in the negative about the #workout today, was the #shadowboxing. I was so out of breath after just three sets of that. Plus pretty sure I’m not shuffling correctly. So I’m going to stick to in place jabbing next time. As for the rest is was a great #calorieburn. Looking forward to the next workout where I get back to my love of #weightlifting.
