

Halo all, well thankfully was able to make the gym early on in the day. My #workout for today was my #chestday and #tricepsday day routine. Now I’m taking it easy as far as weight on benching. There is a part of me that feels weaker for it. But I’m letting the sensible part in the driver seat. Don’t let your ego kill your training. So with that I stuck to focus on reps and form. I think my form is slightly improving but I can say that I was starting to feel the strain in my shoulder as time went on. All in all though I felt great after this one.
