So for that I’ve been given daily challenges to not only get out of my #comfortzone but also try to grow as a person. It’ll change each day to something in different areas of my life. Trying new things for my #physical, #mental, #spiritual, #creative, #social, for examples. All areas of my life that need improvement. So todays challenge is “Speak your mind and Heart”. Learning to no longer be silent about things I’ve thought and felt, fear of rejection or fears of sounding like I’m stupid. So with that I’m going to spend the day speaking anything that I’ve been holding back on, so anything you wanna know or want me to say.
