

Halo all, I feel amazing to be back in the glorious #houseofgains. As stated earlier since last workout even though a week ago was a cardio day. It was too long without doing some strength training so I rocked #chestday and #tricepsday. I put a lot of effort in tonight to make up for the fact I missed this place too long. Now only thing I can say about tonight’s #workout that wasn’t great, was my single arm dumbbell incline. I could feel the struggle and as you can see it was definitely hard to do. Not sure why though, I mean it’s the same 50lb weight as I did on the flat chest press. But still made all the same. Looking forward to the workout tomorrow and getting back to my normal self there.
