

Halo all, feeling fantastic after this #legday. Using the #pyramid system on my #deadlift was actually fun…and made more sore lol. But, was still the best choice. Next week for leg day I’m going to do it on my squats to switch it up. Thinking about my next #workout if I’m going to use it for a back or bicep exercises 🤔. Meantime, I’m feeling good about just getting back to a better routine in the #gym.
