As for my time on the #treadmill that was a mixed bag. Keeping a consistent speed of anything 3.0 or above is difficult for me. I need a lot more work there, especially if I wanna build to both the one hour on it and jogging. I also need get at least one more day in for next week. I’m good though with the results of what I trained this week. For now it’s home to plan next week and make my video about the weigh-in.
